Brian Torchin, Licensed Osteopath and Medical Recruiter

Brian Torchin is an American Caucasian male and has been the president and CEO of “HCRC Staffing” since the recruitment firm’s creation over a decade ago.

Torchin created HCRC Staffing as a staffing and recruitment agency means for workers in the fields of medicine and law. Although Torchin began his company in Pennsylvania, HCRC Staffing is one of the largest medical recruitment firms in North America; the staffing firm is represented in all 50 states, as well as Canada and the Australian and Eurasian regions. The capitalized letters in the agency’s name stand for “Health Care Recruitment Counselors.”

Brian Torchin is a man greatly educated in the material he has staked his career upon. Torchin’s post-High-School education entails a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware and he received his license as a chiropractor from New York Chiropractic College. Torchin has also assisted in the effort to raise funds for healthcare-related organizations. March 2011 saw Torchin joining efforts to raise money for Magee Rehabilitation, a Pennsylvania-based center for individuals who require physical and/or cognitive therapy after receiving injuries to complex areas like the spinal cord and the brain.

Torchin participated in a 2014 case study regarding the medical integration of a Georgian chiropractic office where the doctor abandoned the office without informing its collection of nearly 400 patients.

When the chiropractic office was at risk of closure due to an inability to see to its patients’ needs, Torchin’s HCRC Staffing managed to locate a suitable and licensed replacement doctor to fill the abdicated position, allowing the Georgian office to continue operation and without a loss in business. The amount of time that passed from awareness of the problem to its solution was a mere two days.
